Cannot Create New Entry

I have setup a Data Type called Marketing_Channels with 2 fields: Channel and Channel_1. Now I want to setup things in those fields by creating a New Entry in the App Data tab. Everytime I try adding something I get the same error:

Creating a new entry: there was an issue creating the entry: Missing type: custom.channel3

What am I do wrong?!?!
