Hey all,
Looked through a number of posts related to this. What’s odd is that when I upload a ppt file, it displays fine but when trying to display a PDF, it just won’t show.
I’ve used the Microsoft Office embed code, Google’s, I’ve tried straight iframe, embed and even object codes.
Can anyone provide a workaround for this?
Might have just solved my own problem, this might be useful for anyone viewing:
I used the following:
< object data=“https://link-to-pdf”>
omitting the spaces between < and > object - just to display it here.
and then in the url simple added the file from the DB, didn’t need the full url.
