Cannot name custom element event

Hi, I am having an issue when adding an event to an element when building a plugin.

It shows up like this in the workflow editor, and I cannot seem to figure out how to give it a proper name in the dropdown.

The plugin element with the event looks like this:

I would expect the “caption” to show up in the list instead of [missing: 1668019694734x791012898641805300_current-AAD]

Has anyone experienced this before?

Nope I’ve never seen this happen before, but it is happening now. All plugins with Events are not showing their events.
