Can't find the optipn" Group element in a group"

If I selecting a couple of elements and try to “group element in a group” but I can’t find it in the option bar when I click on the right mouse button or arrange button on the right corner.

'Can some tell me where I can find it.

If you click one of those options like Row container it puts them all in a new group in a Row layout
