Cant see custom event created in API Workflows

I went to the “API Workflows” and created a custom event, I am trying to utilize this custom event by clicking on the “Schedule an API workflow”.

The custom events you create in API Workflows can only be triggered by an API Endpoint or a Recurring Event. If you want to trigger an API Custom Event from a page in your app, you’ll want to Schedule a regular API Endpoint that then triggers the API Custom Event.

Page workflow > Schedule API Endpoint > Trigger API Custom Event

You also have custom events in your regular page workflows as well. Not sure what you’re doing, but just pointing out the option. Those events can be triggered by regular workflow events and even other custom events.
