Centered pin on map which outputs me land and lat in a text

Hi there,

i want to create a simple app for our fishing group to locate the catches.
So far i am kinda fine, just dont really understand how i can center a pin in the map (using the Google Maps Extended Plugin) to get the current lang and lat to show it in a text. (see attachment)
As well, i was already reading the related posts i could find, but there is no clear explanation that could help me to achieve that.

Actually, i just need to convert the current possition into lat&long and save it to the database.
That would already help
