Hi All…Yesterday I decided to change the URL of my app from aflplay.com and lmsplay.com. DNS is setup, the bubble settings page domain and email reports everything is ok but my domain now resolves to to a blank page. Anybody ever seen this?

How long ago did you switch it?
I ran into something very similar recently after changing a Bubble website domain. Bubble showed the domain as connected, but the site was just serving a blank page for a while. In my case, the DNS was fine it just hadn’t fully switched over yet.
I’d give it a little time if the change was recent.
Yesterday…
Propagation can take quite a while. The longest I’ve waited was 18 hours.
What’s your domain hoster?
i ran into this issue a few times with go daddy changing my domain and subdomain back and forth.
If you dont strip all prior recodes aka cname & anames it doesnt work. should take hour at max. from my experince of domain swaps. I know the advice sounds base, but my last swap on domains, where I found the issue
Its GoDaddy…been 3 days now…I’ll strip all records from the original hostname and give that a go

give it a shot, i had issue with my go daddy swapping domains, also the @names in DNS ar big, bubble forces like 5+ records. if your still stuck shoot me a DM ill try my best to help.
http://lmsplay.com/ is working for me…
blank page for me…how can I check the DNS A record IP addresses? They don’t appear to be anywhere in my app settings.
Michael
If the required DNS details are not shown on the Domain tab of your App settings, then it means they have already been picked up and are working correctly (Bubble only shows them when they can’t detect them).
So if you’re not seeing then it means they are live and working. (unless Bubble is showing some other error?)
You can confirm that here (those are definitely Bubble IPs)
So if your’e not seeing the page live then it might be a browser issue - try clearing the cache and see if that helps.
Setup correctly for Ashburn, USA…odd as I’m in Europe and would have thought Amsterdam to be a better location.
Michael
As I said, the correct IPs are being returned from all locations, so the DNS records look fine.
If you still can’t access the page, it’s most likely a local caching issue rather than a problem with the DNS configuration.
Works for me too, don’t forget to 301 old site (for SEO purposes)
