I have changed my Home page to Index page for landing page on my website. After deployment , all the features of home page are not accessible. For example-any change in the repeating group, is not getting updated in LIVE version, it still shows the pre indexed version of Home page. I have the column separator on the Repeating group but it is not visible on the UI.

I guess your repeating group isn’t displaying anything because there is no data to show that’s why no separator. When you push your app from development to live you need to manually push the data otherwise there is no data in the live mode.
To manually push, go to data tab > app data > export the data
