Changing the screen view size on the builder tab?

Hello everyone!

I am building a Mobile app tailored more for Tablet screen sizes

I was wondering if there is any ability to change the screen view size of the builder tab? Apart from the default iPhone, Pixel and Galaxy device screen sizes there doesn’t seem to be any ability to either change to a custom view size by changing the width and height (px). Or to select any of the Tablet screen sizes which do appear only in the responsive tab, so was wondering if this is possible or if there are any plugins which achieve this?

Bubble’s builder tab does not let you set a custom screen view size directly, or pick tablet sizes the way you can in the responsive tab. You’re limited to the default mobile device previews for quick switches.

However, here are the workarounds:

  1. Use the Responsive tab for tablet preview—there you can pick from several tablet presets and also type in custom width/height pixel values to view your app at any screen size.

  2. In the main builder tab, to force a custom preview: drag the right edge of the page (where the ruler is) to manually adjust width, or resize your browser window to the tablet size you want.

  3. For pixel-perfect sizes, a browser extension like Window Resizer (Chrome/Firefox) lets you create custom window dimensions (e.g., iPad or Galaxy Tab) and instantly resize your browser to those specs.

There are no plugins that add custom screen preset support to the main builder UI—the responsive tab is the only built-in way. For live app previews, open the page in a new tab and use your browser’s device preview or window resizing.
