Preview mode - change to different sizes

Hi All

Is there something that allows me to preview my app on my browser with different phone sizes?

I have seen a few tutorials and the tutor previews the app as normal, but is then able to select an iphone or samsung etc and it shows how it looks.

Working with fussy clients and i don’t have the particular mobile they have.

Do you mean something like this under More tools >> Developer tools in Chrome?
