I was on free-trial for 14 days, and I have $3k credits as well on my account, I upgraded my account, and while doing so on the billing page it clearly says I have credits and they will be used untill I run out, and after that my CC will be charged.
so I upgraded my plan, next thing I know I was charged $134 just to try out their collaboration feature, I mean why you guys say my credits will be used if I was gonna get charged for this. I just wanted to try this feature and I had enough credits so I thought I’ll give it a try.
raised a query in support but no response. Now I am asking this from support, am I getting a refund or I need to raise a chargeback on my credit card coz I am not paying for this atleast not untill I know your app is worth it. I mean I signed up 30 mins ago.
