I am trying to put in condition to change the backcolor if < 70% = RED, >=70% and <=80% = YELLOW and >80% = GREEN. The result that I marked in yellow is calculation.
Ideas how ?

Try to use three different conditions.
With the three conditions you provided above. It should work like a charm.
