Conditional Text Formatting not applying to each cell in Repeating Group

Hi,
I have a several conditional background formatting for a text element within a repeating group, where when the “Arbitrary text” is

• positive, then apply green
• negative, then apply red
• neutral, then apply grey

However, the formatting is only triggering for the first cell and not for the rest of the cells within the repeating group. I can’t seem to figure out why… please help.

the expression in your conditions only seems to be referencing health impact but I see from the screenshot at the bottom that you have a text for health condition also. I bet that accounts for at least one if not all of the ones not being formatted.
