What is the field type of Competitor Hotel (you can find this in the data tab)? What is the repeating group data type (you can find this in the property editor, after clicking on the repeating group).
This error means that the types don’t match e.g the type of data that Current cell’s Competitor Hotel outputs is not the same type of data as the Competitor Hotel field on your Rate Snapshot data type.
