Im using plugins in my app for which i pay on a monthly basis, and i would like to convert those plugins to a full perpetual license.
How is it done? and will this effect - the elements using it - in any way?

It shouldn’t. Or at least I don’t believe it does.

I believe there should be a button you press that lets you buy it one-time for those plugins eligible.

You can just cancel the monthly, and then re-purchase as perpetual license. It does not break your workflows. It just works a smoothly as you would hope.
