how to copy page, groups and elemenst etc to other page or apps without losing settings such as conditional expressions, layout, style.

When you create a page, you can clone an existing page. For groups and elements, when you copy them conditionnal are also copied. But if you want to copy wf with them, you need to use copy with workflows. You can also consider using reusable element
