Could plugins only be loaded on certain pages?

So that to have a faster loading speed on the marketing site, as those plugins used only in the app could be avoided.

So how I can tell difference between plugins?

In the plugins tab it will say something like ‘this plugin ads a custom header to your app’.

Having unnecessary tags in the header can slow down your app or even prevent it from loading if the libary its using is not accessible.
