Create a record for each month between 2 dates

Hi,

I’m looking for a solution to create a new thing in a database for each period (month) between 2 dates. I have a data type for projects including a field for the start date and the end date.
Let’s assume that the start date is Jan 2024 and the end date July 2024. In that case, I want to create a thing in another data type called hours for each month from Jan until July to store the planned hours and actual hours.

Any suggestion to achieve this?
