Create Custom Login with Name and Phone number

I wonder if there’s a way to create a custom login using Names and Phone numbers.
The idea is to have users sign up with their name and phone number and a random customer number can be generated and sent to them on their phones.

You can register your users with this format of email: 16024942255@gmail.com
and do whatever you want.
