Create repeating groups with horizontal scroll and fixed height?

I am struggling to create a repeating group with a horizontal scroll and fixed height. Is there anyone who can walk me how to do this? I want to have the scrolling repeating group on only on the top half of the page. The group is extending past the entire page.

Set the number of rows to 1
