My app creates 1 thing once a day , which while doing a search for: takes more WU as repeating group needs to do the search each time the user lands (calendar) page below:
Below is screenshot of where the WU is more. eg. the no. (4.3, 3.8)reflected comes from DataBase each time, making search is costly.
For dashboard i have used custom states, but what i noticed is they are slow loading than doing direct search on the elements, themself.(any workarounds, here?)
Question: above image showing calendar, creates a new thing in data base each day. Is there any way to make all months entries create 1 thing in database or may be by week(4 times a month) or in 15 days(2 times a month).
There are recurring workflows and also scheduled workflows, either may be sufficient
Yes @boston85719 thanks for the comment . But i am not yet ready for paid version. I was trying to get workarounds on those workflows, if anyone had some ideas on workarounds to those workflows.
Work around would be manual entry
