Current user credentials update (Basic Question)

I want to update my current users’s mail without changing the password how can I achieve it?

Its asking to change the password as well.

If you check the Change password chekbox, it changes password as well. Otherwise, it doesn’t change it. I guess, the label Old password is a bit misleading. It should have been Current password. In this setting you screenshotted, it just changes email when you enter the current password of the user.

I guess there’s no solution without changing the current password.

As I said, if you leave the change password unchecked, it doesnt change the password. You have to enter the password of a user to change their email of course. I have tested and it works (it means it is just changing the email).

You can use ‘change email for another user’ if you need to change an email without requiring a password.

But there are obvious dangers with that, so use it with caution (even the Bubble manual recommends against it).
