Custom Bubble Plugin

Hello -

I have a custom plugin project I need help with. My budget is flexible.

As an overview, I need standard Microsoft word type track changes functionality where I can compare two texts and output a third text that adds color tags to added words.

The plugin would likely have an action or two, along with an element. As a nice to have, I would love the ability to accept or reject the changes.

Please reach out if you are interested, I am happy to discuss pricing and specifics.

Thanks

Hey Bennn,

I have made a lot of plugins before! Checkout my plugins here

Feel free to schedule a free call with me where we can discuss the details of the plugin. We can talk about what features you’re looking for in detail & the scope of the project.

If those time slots don’t work for you, feel free to send an email to jonah@visioncode.io

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Hi,
There’s already a plugin for that, I used it in my last project. Maybe doesn’t have all the features you need, but at least it lets you provide two texts and show the changes in a different color.
Not on my computer now, can’t tell you the name of the plugin, let me update this message later.

Hey,

Dropped you a message, awaiting your response.

Hey Cristian -

Yeah, the Plugin is called Compare my Text. I’ve ben using it for a couple weeks and it gets us about 70% of the way there but has multiple bugs that make it largely unusable .

Hi Benn,
If you are still on the lookout to hire someone, I would be glad to help you out as I am an experienced Bubble plugin developer.
You can reach out to me on my email here

Hi Colin -

Link not working. Can you share the email?

Just reading your initial request, are you sure this can’t just be done natively in Bubble? It sounds pretty standard

Hey Tyler -

Don’t believe so, but open to your thoughts!

I got on a call with Ben, and what he’s asking for can’t be easily done in native bubble without using many states and complicated regex.
