Custom Domains cannot be used on a public application bubble - error

I am getting this error “Custom Domains cannot be used on a public application bubble”

When I go to “Domain/email” - is anyone else getting this? How do I fix it?

Hi, Just upgraded from free to professional, however trying to direct to custom domain, getting message " custom domains cannot be used on public applications" have I misunderstood something? just paid a lot of money to upgrade specifically to use custom domain, Any help greatly appreciated

I have the personal (paid for) one.

It’s not about the plan, it’s about the privacy setting (application rights) on the Settings >> General tab.
