Custom pull to refresh

Hi I need help with animating a group to rotate, scale, change fill and position according to page drag, I have tried something but not working natively.

Then need help with defining the threshold of the page drag and setting the workflow to refresh the page.

There is a plugin for this, but it does not work to well with floating groups
