I´m creating an app, this app will let companies (clients) subscribe their own employees.
How do I structure the data base to let each company handle their own (private) information.

This is all about database design and data security (privacy roles). It’s a bit hard to go ahead and give you all the information you need, since your question is pretty vague.
I’d suggest watching some tutorials. There are free ones online at various places, and we also have tutorials on database design and data privacy on our site nocodify.com.
