Design Layout for Mobile Only

If my app is going to be accessed ONLY by mobile devices, what layout size should I use as the base?

There is a mobile preset in the page element inspector

The Mobile setting here takes the layout to 380x1325 … Will this look good on all mobile phones?

I usually like to first fix the width of the page to 320px (small iPhone). When everything works, I then set the page to Custom and change the responsiveness so that everything still makes sense at 700px.

It’s easier to re-style bigger than the other way around.

Why 320/iphone size? Small phones will come back into style. Ask LL Cool J’s boom box.
