Design question - image annotations

Hey guys,

I often see this kind of design motive on marketing sites and wondering if we can accomplish it in Bubble?

The page includes an image, and some overlaid text annotations in a handwritten style. Anyone done this before?

Example from Basecamp:

with Bubble, I would draw the arrows in paint/powerpoint, then upload them as an image.

The font can be a custom one you upload.

Kind of posting in hopes someone knows a better way/plugin. (zeroqode has an annotation plugin costing 5/month.
