Hey guys,
I have encountered a few times where the development version and live is not the same and its a bit frustrating as our dev preview should display exactly the same as the live version.
I created a task in repeating group and when I create a task in dev mod it creates the task inside of the RG but then disappear right away, it me a while to try and understand what is going on till I ran the live version and saw that there its not disappearing so made me wonder why this happen? (still having this issue) its hard to develop like this…
On another encounter in happened where I position my icons and on live version they are not on the same location and slightly different (more up and to the side) which throws off the alignment of everything.
I would love for anyone to help out, feeling lost…
thank you for your answer, I am a bit confused as live version works great }(I deploy always before testing in live) but in the preview of dev mode is where the item disappear and in live its not disappearing - how can that be?
I noticed also when I create something it is showing Lorem Possem for example instead of showing what I stated in there, I understand you are saying that it is privacy rules, would you mind helping to fix it? how can I change that?
I removed all the privacy rules and it worked - Thank you!!!
one last question…
how would you create a drop down button (that will store data source of users with their names, address etc.) and link it to a form in which when you select one of those names from the dropdown it will automatically pull the data from their profile.?
