Does Bubble let you sync and extract info from other apps?

For example, a user signs into a Facebook and gives the app access to view their friends.
Or
User signs into Google+ account and the app has access to who they’re subscribed to.

If Bubble can’t do this, how do other languages/dev tools do this?

Yes it does.

Via OAUTH (the bit where you tell Facebook to let your Bubble app have to your friends) and the API Connector.
