Download a file from API WF with "application/octet-stream"

Hello,

Need to know if “application/octet-stream” can be used to download any file with the selection FILE in the API Workflow Request DATA or it’s another format?

Is anyone having a clue, what easy thing I’m missing? :sweat_smile:
