Dear Bubblers! I need your help. Is there any way to drag&drop outside of a repeating group?
We are trying to build a tool for educators. It’s a drag&drop calendar they can use to plan their lessons. Lessons are coming from the database (which is the repeating group, as I understand correctly).
I’m really desperate at this point, is there anyone around that has experience with this? The project is comissioned through a foundation so budget is limited but I’m happy to talk payment too.
Sure, you just need to place a Drop Area group where you’d like them to drop them.
@juicebox thank you so much. I’m the middle-man here so I’m going to ask if they can try this, might take a while. I might get back to you in a couple of hours. What I do know is that we had it working with ‘static’ data (i.e. YouTube videos), but as soon as they turned into cards displaying dynamic data (name and image) it wasn’t possible anymore. I’m adding a loom of what we’ve got so far. The general idea is to get the cards below to the calendar section above.

Looks to me like they haven’t implemented the Drag/drop group into the Repeating Group at all - which is why you’re unable to drag it out. The first container within each repeating group cell should be a Drag/drop Group.
Your drop zones at the top of the page seem to be fine.
