Draggable Elements Stopped Working

Hello! I hope someone can offer a helpful suggestion here.

I’m using the draggable elements plugin to make the yellow “sticky notes” droppable anywhere on the page. Suddenly they are not movable. I made no changes, this spontaneously happened overnight.

Same here.
As I was working on some new bits for my app, the dragging just went crazy.

When I try to drag something it just disappears to somewhere and when I release the drag it zips back to its original location.
