Dynamic currency with Stripe plugin

Hi,
I’m building an international marketplace and I’m using the Stripe plugin (See pic attached).
It allows to select a currency from a list and also to type in a currency if it’s not on the list. However, it doesn’t show the option to use a dynamic value for the currency field.

Does anyone know if there is any way to make that field dynamic, somehow?

Otherwise I’ll have to create a workflow action for each currency, with the condition of running only if the currency selected matches the currency of the markeplace seller.
