Dynamic screen size based on device used?

I am trying to create an app that will fit the window based on the device used (i.e. laptop, ipad/tablet, or a smartphone). Is this possible?

We don’t support resizing the page dynamically yet (that’s responsiveness, though it’s on list for the near future). Right now what you can do is have two versions of the same page and we send the relevant page from the server. it’s transparent to the user.
