Dynamic sorting for repeating groups?

So I have a list of posts using a repeating element, there is an option to sort them by newest and by the most voted. Do I need to make 2 repeating groups or can I make it so it sorts by their option?

You can use Conditional When, select DataSource with DoSearchFor and select voted SortBy.
