Easiest way to loop an RG

hi folks

i need to loop thru a RG of products once the users clicks, and for each item in the RG i need to do an API call and see if the is on stock. if the product is not on stock, the loop should return an message, and the check out button will be disabled.

i look at some loop plugins but it seems more complicated or overkill.

what is the best approach here?
