Anyone else’s editor been pretty awful the past week? Barely lets me have two tabs open, bugging all of the place whenever it is trying to save, and crashes constantly.
Try clearing your browser cache and reloading the editor. I do this at least once a day and it makes a huge difference. Bubble is very aggressive with caching.

One thing to check: Make sure the checkbox to ‘Run checks on backend workflow’ is unchecked to make it run faster. Just turn it on before you deploy to check for errors.

Yea I do this frequently, but it doesn’t take long before it starts playing up again (within 5 hours of working) and it’s also annoying having to delete my cache and restart my browser / login oauths everytime Bubble spits the dummy. I think I was making this post aswell to see if any developments we’re being made by the team to update the bubble editor as a whole - since I know they’re doing a bit of work at the moment on it.
Yep 100% - I don’t think i’ve ever actually turned background checks on LOL.
Yeah, I’ve noticed the same, the editor’s been buggy and slow lately. A few quick fixes that help: close extra tabs, clear your browser cache, use Chrome with extensions disabled, and save often.

When it becomes laggy, I work from incognito mode. Works fine there
You don’t need to delete cookies, just the cache. Login sessions should be maintained if you do that.
