Email Confirmation Not Sending

Hi everyone,

I’ve noticed that my email confirmation is not sending. I am currently creating an application, and during the testing of it the email confirmations were sending. However,
for some reason they have stopped.
I can’t seem to locate them in the spam or any folders.
Is there a reason for this? and if so a solution?

Yes the app that i am building has stopped as well. I have 3 that i am working on and all 3 are not sending anymore? Replying to get exposure on this issue.

Identified - We have been made aware of a problem with our free email integration, e-mail related features, such as Send Reset Password, Send Email, and Send Confirmation Email actions are currently unavailable for users without a Sendgrid key.
We are working on a fix, please set up and use your own Sendgrid Key in the meantime.
