I have seen recently that Sendgrid blocked Bubble account again because of an app that was spamming.
It seems it’s solved from the bubble status page but emails are still not working.
I have my clients Sendgrid API key on bubble
Anybody else having problems with emails?
I had a template purchaser reach out today about this.

You should file a bug report immediately at Bug Report | Bubble as that’s the best way to diagnose issues.

I feel it might be a Sendgrid problem again…

For what it’s worth, I have my own SendGrid API key and received emails half an hour ago and two hours ago as expected.
@georgecollier My client didn’t have its own API key before June 27th, when Sendgrid again blocked the Bubble account.
I added it after, so I think that’s where the problem might be then… I will see what Bubble support says, thanks for the info
Does it show in Sendgrid that they received a request? Could also be a deliverability problem, I’d check the activity tab in Sendgrid

Yes, you were right!
I saw the dashboard of Sendgrid and noticed the emails were not being delivered.
I verified the domain with Sendgrid by adding the DNS records in my domain host and it’s working again now
