I simply can’t understand why bubble doesn’t have the option to download the entire database. This should be as simples as the Export application Button.
Is there any simple solution to this without using third party plugins (for security reasons)?

I know you’re probably more experienced with Bubble than I am…but are you saying the ‘export’ feature where you can export the data type in csv format is unsafe?
I know you can also export the data type by API, but I’m wondering if the export feature is not recommended.
The Export CSV is Fine. The problem ia that I currently have about 150 data types

I’m honestly thinking to download each data type on its own probably would take less time than downloading your entire setup.
Just my thoughts, but downloading 1 data type with a lot of data can take quite a while.
But, I understand now what you’re saying.
Depending on use case setting up Google sheets api is a good solution
