Hi, is there a way to download all database locally or is need to do for each datatype?
One more question what will happen to my app when i switch to free?
Will be always available?

You can download your database via CSV file. If you’re on a paid plan, you can use the built in export feature. I use the 1T CSV Creator plugin, as it’s amazing.

If you downgrade to the Free plan, you’re limited to 200 records total in your database and cannot deploy to live.

I don’t use the built in Bubble Export feature so I can’t say, but with the CSV plugin - yes.
