Error 1001 DNS resolution error (no cloudflare account)

Hello ! I am having a problem with the set up of my domain.

ealth.co is working fine but www.ealth.co renders me the Error 1001 DNS resolution (cf screenshot). Everything seems to be good according to Bubble. I have checked many times the records in my domain provider (squarespace domains) and when I check on https://dig.ping.pe/ if “www.ealth.co” is working everything seems to be fine.

In the error it says I have a problem with cloudflare but I don’t even have a cloudflare account :sweat_smile::sob:

do you know what is the problem / how I can fix this ? thanks a lot for your help !
