Euro date formatting

Hi,

I am using euro date input to capture date from the user, when they have entered a wrong date and try to use backspace it only clears year and does not automatically shift the cursor to month part. User has to manually click on month part to edit the entered month

Is there any way to automatically move the user to month part?
