we have an idea for a web app, and we want to pilot it in Germany soon, but before starting the development of this app, we just want to know if there are dedicated servers in Europe, because the last thing we want is to have trouble with the regulation about our users’ Data in Germany, if anybody have an idea about that please share

Yes, there are dedicated servers wherever you want them.
But that is quite expensive for a pilot/trial/idea.
Storing your User’s data in the USA on Bubble is not really that big an issue, as they have model clauses that mirror EU data protection.
Alternatively, store your data on a European database and access it from Bubble.
It is not that easy…google EU Privacy Shield case (European Court of Justice). No, Bubble still (after many years) does not have servers in the EU afaik. Storing the data on an European DB could be an excellent workaround. Not sure however, how (external) data is being processed by bubble (i.e. workflows) in detail. How close e.g. an auditor would look certainly depends on what data you are processing (think HIPAA, GxP relevant data)
