No response, pretty bad customer support from Bubble.

Did you sent a support ticket? It’s better than waiting here on forum to get support.

No I better start now

Oof the wording on this email is really bad. Thank you for filing a big report, support will be able to tell you what the issue is with your package name. In the mean time, make sure your package name follows the formatting guidelines in the docs and matches what you have in the google play console https://manual.bubble.io/help-guides/publishing-your-app/native-mobile-app/google-play-store#bubble-mobile-settings

Hey there,
Got a new error message while deploying native mobile app.

the problem is that the formatting is not precise at all in the documentation.

Could you ask the engeneering team which one is the correct one ?

Because
one ends with the dot (ie com.yourcompany.yourapp. )
and
the other one doesn’t (ie com.yourcompany.yourappname )

So which one is the correct one ?

I tried both but nothing seems to work out for me ;(

good catch. com.yourcompany.yourappname is the correct format. Will update the docs
