Facing this parameter issue in scheduling workflows

Hey guys.

As you can see in the screenshot, it is asking me to add this new field which wasn’t there in scheduling workflows before. It’s asking to add some workflow parameters. I do not understand what this is and when this option came about.

Can anyone help me navigate what this is about?
