File manager + make private and attach to

Hi,
we’ve uploaded hundreds of pdfs in the file manager via a WF. But we missed to mark them as private and to attach them to an database entry.

Is there a way to do this for via a wf?
Our first idea was to download and upload them again via a backend wf. But maybe there is an easier way

As far as I know there is no action for making already uploaded files private.
But check this thread, it may be helpful.
