Floating group - update current data

Hi,
I’ve a floating group, showing data from a table.

i.g.
amount of users (last month - in database), amount of users (real time from external table/database)

Now I want to add a button with a workflow.
The workflow shall update the field “amount of users” in the database with the value from the field next to it (which IS NOT filled by the same database table).

any idea?

Would you mind providing screenshots of the dynamic expressions/data sources used to populate these elements, as well as a screenshot of the data type and fields that you would be updating with the number of users pulled from this external source?
