Hi Andrew, earlier today a page on my platform stopped working. I was in the middle of shooting a how to video about how it works and during the video it stopped working. Do you think this could be related to the maintenance? Provider Dashboard - 14 July 2025 | Loom
Ah, sorry to hear about the trouble with your app. Unfortunately, the maintenance was specific to our security platform Flusk and would not have had any impact on on end user apps.
That being said, have you reached out to our support team yet? They’d be happy to look into what’s happening to see if there’s a different underlying cause for the slowdown.
I actually had a weird glitch today too. An error just stopped a backend workflow from running. It said there server wasn’t reachable or something like that. Happened around 10:30am PST or so.
